Industrial Engineer (Simulation)

At 4Sight, we are looking for an Industrial Engineer - Simulation to help our clients optimize performance, improve productivity, and make smarter decisions through advanced simulation and analytics. You will work with cutting-edge technologies to model real-world systems, identify bottlenecks, test scenarios, and drive meaningful business improvements.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering
• 3 to 5 years of relevant industry experience
• Proven simulation modeling experience (Simio, AnyLogic, FlexSim, or similar tools)
• Strong background in data analysis, process optimization, and workflow studies
• Programming experience in languages such as Python, R, C#, or VBA
• Exposure to Power BI, databases, and AI technologies is advantageous
• Lean Six Sigma certification is preferred
