ZarJobs is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or hiring processes of external websites. ### 6.3 No Employment Guarantee ZarJobs makes no representations or guarantees regarding employment outcomes. Job placement depends on factors beyond our control, including employer decisions and individual qualifications. ### 6.4 Employer Relationships ZarJobs is not a party to any employment relationship formed through our Platform. Any employment contract is directly between you and the employer. --- ## 7.
