Maintenance Fitter

An established manufacturing company within the heavy industrial sector is seeking a skilled Maintenance Fitter to join their dynamic Maintenance Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing mechanical maintenance, repairs, and overhauls on plant equipment to ensure optimal production efficiency and safety.

Requirements

• Qualified Trade Tested Fitter (Red Seal essential)
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a heavy industrial or manufacturing environment
• Strong working knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
• Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Experience utilizing machine shop tools and performing basic fabrication
• Willingness to work shifts, standby, and overtime when required
• Good communication and teamwork skills
