Business Process Manager

Position Summary

Reporting directly to the Owner, the Business Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day leadership of the company.

The successful candidate will oversee and coordinate core business functions, ensuring that departments operate efficiently, management teams remain aligned, and business objectives are consistently achieved.

This position is designed to strengthen our leadership structure by reducing reliance on the Owner for daily operational matters, empowering the Owner to focus on long-term strategy, business development, supplier relationships, and future growth initiatives.

The Business Operations Manager will serve as the central point of coordination across the enterprise, driving operational excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement while fostering a high-performance culture.

This is a broad leadership role suited to a commercially minded individual who enjoys solving problems, optimizing systems, leading people, and driving business performance within a dynamic, owner-managed environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in the retail industry
• Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Industrial Engineering
