Role Overview

The main purpose of this role is to drive store sales and profitability while delivering outstanding service that consistently meets and exceeds customer needs. Previous experience in the tyre or automotive parts industry will be highly advantageous.

Requirements

• Matric certificate
• Computer literacy
• Reliable transport and a valid driver's license
• Fully bilingual in both Afrikaans and English
• Previous sales experience in the tyre or motor parts industry is beneficial, but not essential

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, proactive service by warmly greeting customers, upholding high professional standards, and maintaining a sales-focused mindset to drive satisfaction.
• Accurately complete all job cards, ensuring precise recording of client details, correct spelling of names, and clear indication of contact persons for corporate accounts.
• Manage client inquiries via phone, capture detailed requirements, and liaise directly with suppliers to check inventory availability and secure competitive pricing.
