Car Sales Executive

Our client is seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Executive to join their dynamic team in Bloemfontein. In this role, you will be responsible for selling both new and pre-owned vehicles, building lasting client relationships, and consistently achieving monthly sales targets.

We are looking for a confident, target-driven individual who possesses exceptional communication and negotiation skills, backed by proven experience in the automotive industry.

Salary: R11,000 – R15,000 basic plus a competitive commission structure (based on experience)

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 7:30 – 17:00
• Every Second Saturday: 8:30 – 13:00

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric / Grade 12 qualification
• Minimum of 3 years of vehicle sales experience (new or used cars)
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
• Outgoing, confident personality with a strong focus on customer service
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Highly target-driven and self-motivated
• Professional appearance and demeanor
