FMCG Sales Representative

Compensation

Salary: R25,000 CTC per month, plus a petrol card and a performance-based commission.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Matric certificate
• Recent experience in FMCG marketing
• Reliable own vehicle (required for daily business use)
• Valid driver's license
• Fluent in both Afrikaans and English (written and verbal)
• Membership in a medical aid scheme within one month of employment
• No overnight travel required

Duties and Responsibilities

• Service and support designated retail store accounts
• Manage key client accounts while achieving monthly budgets and sales targets
• Monitor and control client stock levels
• Capture and process orders for timely delivery
• Negotiate pricing agreements with clients
• Drive bulk sales opportunities and offerings
• Compile and submit comprehensive weekly and monthly reports
• Participate in team strategy and procedure meetings
• Facilitate new product procurement and store listings
