Junior Sales Executive

A well-established company is seeking a motivated and professional Junior Sales Executive to join their dynamic team in Bloemfontein.

Requirements

• Grade 12 / NQF Level 4 qualification
• Minimum of 1 year of proven sales experience
• Relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport
• Own cellphone
• At least one verifiable work reference
• Fully computer literate
• Exceptional telephone and face-to-face customer service skills
• Presentable appearance with strong communication and presentation abilities
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• Self-driven, motivated, innovative, and a strong team player

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
• Identify and generate exciting new business opportunities
• Conduct outbound telephone calls, client visits, and impactful presentations
• Research the market to identify potential new clients
• Prepare professional proposals and competitive quotations
• Manage and grow the existing customer base
• Effectively plan and manage personal sales activities and designated territory
• Maintain accurate sales records, quotations, prospect sheets, and pipeline information
• Consistently achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Develop new prospects and increase account penetration
• Cross-sell products and services to meet specific customer needs
