Senior Sales Executive

A well-established company is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join their dynamic team in Bloemfontein.

Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric qualification
• 2 to 3 years of proven sales experience
• Background in Office Automation, Networking, Software, Access Control, CCTV, VoIP Infrastructure, or Energy Solutions is highly advantageous
• Valid driver's licence and reliable own transport
• Own cellphone
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and general computer literacy
• Excellent communication and customer relationship-building skills
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities
• Self-driven, motivated, innovative, punctual, and a strong team player

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Generate new business opportunities within your assigned territory and market
• Conduct client visits, professional presentations, and strategic sales calls
• Identify and pursue new business growth opportunities
• Prepare comprehensive proposals and accurate quotations
• Manage and maintain an accurate sales pipeline and CRM records
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
• Grow existing accounts and increase overall market penetration
• Cross-sell products and services tailored to customer needs
• Negotiate quotations and contracts within company guidelines
• Ensure all contracts and sales documentation are completed with high accuracy
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction
