HR Business Partner

Our technology client based in Rivonia, Sandton, Johannesburg is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner with a background in the IT and technology services industry. In this strategic role, you will act as a key advisor to various business units, providing expert HR guidance and driving initiatives that support overall organizational goals.

Salary: Market-related

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or in a similar HR role within the IT/Tech sector
• Strong, up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory requirements
• Experience utilizing HRIS and other HR software is advantageous

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to understand their goals and challenges, and develop tailored HR strategies that support overarching business objectives.
• Workforce Planning: Provide valuable insights and data-driven recommendations on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
• Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to both managers and employees, offering expert guidance on all HR-related matters.
• Training and Development: Identify organizational training needs and facilitate impactful learning and development programs.
• Wellness Initiatives: Develop and manage engaging wellness programs designed to enhance staff motivation, morale, and productivity.
• HR Policy and Compliance: Ensure that all HR policies and procedures are current, clearly communicated, and strictly compliant with relevant legal and regulatory standards.
