Training Officer

We are seeking an experienced Training Officer to join our dynamic agricultural team in Bloemfontein. This role is ideal for a dedicated professional who is passionate about skills development, compliance, and fostering continuous growth within the agricultural sector.

Requirements

• Education: Relevant Human Resources or Training qualification, with an ODETDP certification preferred.
• Experience: Proven experience in training coordination, ideally within the agricultural industry.
• Compliance: Strong working knowledge of AgriSETA regulations, WSP/ATR processes, and relevant agricultural safety standards.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive training programs for all staff members.
• Manage skills development reporting, including accurate and timely WSP/ATR submissions.
• Collaborate closely with management to identify organizational skills gaps and training needs.
• Ensure all training activities strictly align with industry health, safety, and quality regulations.
