Key Responsibilities

Assist with Organisational Development, including:

• Drafting and maintaining job descriptions
• Conducting job analysis
• Managing smooth offboarding processes
• Driving employee retention initiatives
• Assisting with skills gap analysis and talent management
• Helping to develop comprehensive training materials

Assist with the performance management process, including:

• Establishing effective performance measurements
• Facilitating Performance Development Plans (PDPs)
