Operations Co-ordinator

Are you an organized and detail-driven Operations Coordinator who enjoys keeping processes moving and ensuring everything runs smoothly?

An exciting opportunity is available for an Operations Coordinator to oversee the entire lifecycle from purchase order through to production, dispatch, and delivery. You will serve as the key link between Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Production, Warehousing, and external partners, ensuring that all orders are processed accurately and critical deadlines are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate purchase orders, invoicing, and essential order documentation.
• Manage production requirements and maintain up-to-date records in ERP and inventory systems.
• Partner closely with Supply Chain and Warehouse teams to ensure production and deliveries stay strictly on schedule.
• Coordinate end-to-end logistics, including distribution center requirements, barcodes, ASNs, and delivery slots.
• Liaise with freight forwarders and external partners to oversee smooth shipments.
• Provide regular, proactive updates regarding production status, active orders, and potential delays.

What We Are Looking For

• Matric / Grade 12 qualification.
• 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in operations, supply chain, or logistics coordination.
• Previous experience in retail, FMCG, apparel, or a similar fast-paced environment is highly advantageous.
• Solid working knowledge of Excel and enterprise resource planning (ERP) or inventory management systems.
• Strong attention to detail complemented by exceptional organizational skills.
• Confident communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to manage competing deadlines with ease.
