What you'll be doing

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java applications

• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for maximum performance
• Perform code reviews and champion development best practices
• Collaborate closely with fellow developers, stakeholders, and technical teams

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of professional Java development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring/Spring Boot

• A strong understanding of software design, architecture, and development best practices
• The ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team
• Based in Cape Town or willing to relocate
• Comfortable working fully onsite, Monday through Friday
