Senior Product Manager

Location: Cape Town (Hybrid)

Salary: R1 200 000 – R1 300 000 per annum

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to drive products from the initial blueprint through to final delivery. From the first concept to launch, continuous optimization, and everything in between, you will own the complete product journey.

Your Background

• Computer Science degree or a related technical foundation
• 5+ years of product management experience
• Proven industry experience within Payments, Fintech, or Financial Services
• Demonstrated success owning the full product lifecycle, from discovery and ideation through development, launch, and optimization
• Strong expertise in product strategy and roadmap development
• The ability to translate complex customer and business needs into high-performing products
• Experience collaborating closely with Engineering, Design, Commercial, and Business teams
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
