Senior Data Specialist

Location: Johannesburg (Hybrid)

Salary: R800 000 – R1 000 000

Our client is looking for an experienced Data Engineer to join their dynamic team. If you know your way around complex data landscapes and are ready for a new challenge, this is the role for you.

What You Will Need

• A degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
• 4+ years of professional experience in Data Engineering
• Strong Python coding skills
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake
• Hands-on experience with Fivetran
• Hands-on experience with Matillion
• Solid knowledge of ETL/ELT processes, data pipelines, and core data engineering principles
• The confidence to engage directly with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into practical technical solutions
