Full Stack Developer

We are seeking an experienced and driven Technical Lead to drive technical delivery across client engagements, own critical architecture decisions, mentor junior engineers, and bridge the gap between complex technology and our non-technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of professional full-stack development experience

Technical Competencies & Experience

• Proven experience leading end-to-end full-stack software development
• Strong proficiency in React and Next.js for modern frontend development
• Solid backend expertise using Node.js and TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with SQL databases and efficient schema design
• Familiarity with Backend-as-a-Service platforms such as Supabase or Firebase
• Practical experience with cloud infrastructure, deployment, and monitoring using AWS or Azure
• Passion for mentoring junior developers and elevating code quality and best practices
• Active participation in solution design, project scoping, and technical proposal development
