Senior WFS AMS Consultant

Are you a Workforce Software expert who loves solving complex challenges and keeping critical workforce systems running smoothly?

We are looking for a Senior WFS AMS Consultant to provide expert functional and technical support across Workforce Software, ensuring system stability, service excellence, and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Resolve incidents and service requests within established SLAs
• Support critical Workforce Scheduling and Time & Attendance processes
• Deliver configuration changes and impactful system enhancements
• Monitor integrations, system performance, and overall stability
• Perform comprehensive testing and support regular system releases
• Partner closely with business users, SAP teams, and external vendors
• Drive proactive process improvements and automation initiatives

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of hands-on Workforce Software (WFS) experience
• Strong knowledge of Scheduling, Time & Attendance, and WFS configuration
• Proven background in AMS and application support environments
• Extensive experience with incident, change, and service request management
• Strong troubleshooting abilities and excellent stakeholder management skills
• Exposure to SAP environments and ITIL practices (advantageous)
