Insurance Officer

Requirements & Qualifications

• Grade 12 (Matric) – Essential
• FAIS Accreditation – Relevant qualification, RE5, and Certificate of Proficiency (COP)
• RE5 certification is compulsory or must be successfully completed within 6 months
• Previous experience working in an insurance environment
• Valid driver’s licence
• Excellent communication and language proficiency in both Afrikaans and English
• Fully computer literate with strong MS Office skills
• Strong numerical skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and administrative abilities
• Ability to thrive and work effectively under pressure
• Capacity to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships
