Claims Handler

Are you an experienced, organized, and detail-oriented insurance professional with strong claims knowledge and excellent communication skills? We are looking for a dedicated Claims Handler to join our dynamic team and provide efficient claims administration alongside exceptional service to both clients and insurers.

Requirements and Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of claims experience in Short-Term Insurance, working with multiple insurers
• RE5 qualification (advantageous)
• NQF Level 4 in Short-Term Insurance or currently studying toward it
• Strong administrative and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Experience with TIAL software (advantageous)
• Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English
• Professional, neat, and presentable demeanor
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and consistently meet deadlines
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to contribute positively to a team
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Familiarity with task management or CRM systems (advantageous)
