Jnr Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Intelligence Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data to deliver actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions. In this role, you will design impactful dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to empower various business functions. You will also partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to understand their unique data needs and ensure the highest standards of reporting accuracy and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret business data to generate meaningful insights that support informed decision-making.
• Dashboard & Visualization Development: Design and deploy interactive dashboards and comprehensive reports using industry-standard BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• ETL & Data Processing: Build and maintain ETL processes to seamlessly extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources into centralized data warehouses.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with various teams to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable, data-driven solutions.
• Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver strategic recommendations based on emerging trends and patterns.
• Database Management: Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL queries, databases, and reporting tools to ensure maximum system efficiency.
• Data Governance & Quality: Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security while strictly adhering to organizational best practices and policies.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a similar role.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in modern BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or equivalent).
  • Strong SQL skills for advanced data extraction and manipulation.
  • Demonstrated experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
  • Working knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R is considered a strong plus.
• Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to analyze large, complex datasets and derive clear, valuable insights.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to present technical, data-driven findings in a clear, concise, and actionable manner to non-technical stakeholders.
