Key Accounts Manager

Are you passionate about building relationships, protecting revenue, and keeping customers happy?

GenV's fintech client is looking for a relationship-driven Key Account Manager to manage a portfolio of high-value merchant accounts, proactively identify churn risks, drive customer satisfaction, and uncover opportunities for growth.

You will need:

• 5+ years of Key Account or Relationship Management experience
• A strong retention and commercial track record
• Excellent relationship-building skills
• A data-driven approach to customer health and churn
• CRM experience, ideally with HubSpot or a similar platform
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• An understanding of the South African SME market (advantageous)
