Legal and Client Success Manager

Our client is seeking a dynamic Legal & Client Success Manager to take ownership of their legal and contracting functions while driving exceptional client engagements.

Responsibilities

Legal & Contracting

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including Master Services Agreements, Statements of Work, NDAs, and Service Level Agreements
• Maintain the contract template library and ensure all contract records remain accurate and up to date
• Advise the business on contractual risks and provide pragmatic, practical guidance when required

Client Success

• Scope client engagements seamlessly from start to finish
• Lead discovery sessions to translate complex client requirements into clear scopes and timelines
• Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for clients while the engineering team delivers the project
• Build strong, lasting client relationships to ensure successful project delivery and high satisfaction

Requirements

• LLB degree
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
• Demonstrated experience in commercial contracting
• Previous client success or client-facing experience
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate confidently with both external clients and internal technical teams
• Ideally based in Durban
