Social Media Manager

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to lead and optimize the social media strategy for our leading iGaming brands. In this role, you will focus on driving engagement, building brand awareness, and supporting player acquisition and retention through impactful, high-performing social campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across key platforms
• Plan and manage dynamic content calendars aligned with ongoing campaigns and promotions
• Create and oversee engaging multimedia content in close collaboration with creative teams
• Manage online communities and actively foster positive player interactions
• Track performance metrics and continuously optimize campaigns using data insights
• Conduct thorough competitor analysis and support targeted paid social initiatives

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in social media management, with gaming or digital industry experience preferred
• Proven track record of growing audience engagement and scaling social channels
• Strong content creation, storytelling, and copywriting skills
• Proficiency with major social and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite, TikTok)
• Solid understanding of iGaming regulations and responsible marketing practices
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with paid social advertising and influencer marketing campaigns
• Working knowledge of SEO, content marketing, or CRM tools
