Key Requirements

• Relevant qualification in Property Management, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field
• Registered with the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA)
• 3 to 5 years of experience in community scheme or property portfolio management
• Strong understanding of the Sectional Titles Schemes Management Act and CSOS regulations
• Excellent financial acumen and budgeting experience
• Proficiency in property management software systems
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport
