Creditors Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven professional to manage our Creditors function, ensuring accurate reconciliations, timely payments, full compliance, and effective supplier and team management.

Required Qualifications

• Matric qualification is essential
• Post-matric qualification is advantageous
• 2 to 3 years of finance experience, preferably in a corporate environment
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience are essential
• A certificate in Management would be an added advantage

Technical Competencies and Experience

• Manage local and foreign creditors and ensure timely payments
• Lead, manage, and develop the Creditors team
• Oversee supplier onboarding, BEE verification, banking details, discounts, and rebates
• Prepare accurate payment forecasts, reconciliations, journals, and month-end reports
• Monitor Goods Received Notes (GRNs), supplier queries, and outstanding creditor balances
• Collaborate with Procurement and management to resolve supplier issues and achieve cost savings
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance, training, discipline, and staff development
