What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the full finance function, encompassing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain to improve profitability, optimize margins, and drive working capital efficiencies.
• Provide strategic financial insights to support business planning and executive decision-making.
• Oversee cost accounting, product costing, pricing support, and factory variance analysis.
• Ensure strict compliance with statutory, tax, audit, and governance requirements while maintaining robust financial controls.
• Develop, mentor, and lead a capable finance team while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

• Registered Chartered Accountant (CA(SA) or equivalent).
• Minimum of 5 to 7 years of relevant experience, ideally within a senior finance or management role.
• Previous experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is highly advantageous.
• Strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to partner across multiple business functions.
• Demonstrated leadership experience complemented by excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical, hands-on approach with the ability to thrive in a dynamic operational environment.
